The ex-Admiralty Auxiliary Vessel "Big Saba" is a unique vessel which has recently undergone a 2 year refit.
Built in 1944 by Bolson’s of Poole for the Admiralty, converted in 1984 and then rebuilt by T. Nielsen & Company in 2010. Big Saba is constructed in larch on oak, has full sails and a Gardner diesel engine. Fully equipped and finished to the highest standards, both interior and exterior is a testament to excellent craftsmanship.
She now leaves Sea Independent in the competent hands of a proud new owner.
